BPM Solutions Developer:

CollabraLink is looking for BPM Solution Developers with experience in Savvion Business Manager, Appian Enterprise Suite, JAVA, J2EE, WebLogic and integration technologies.
Full time and/or per diem positions are available.Candidate must be willing to travel as necessary.

Geographical Locations:

California, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta, Detroit, Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey and North Carolina areas.

Responsibilities:

• Play an integral part in implementation projects providing technical expertise
• Design and Implement Business Processes using BPM tools
• Develop technical requirement documentation
• Design, configure and develop UI and integration components
• Contribute to the development of methodologies, approaches, models, tools and techniques
• Provide post-implementation technical support to our clients, when required

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in computer science, or other related disciplines
• Experience in Software Development using BPM Tools

Must have Skills:

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Must work well in a team environment. Good communication skills. Ability to work independently as a consultant and interact effectively with all levels of personnel from technical to high level executive management
• A minimum of one year of experience in a software development role
• A minimum of one year of experience in J2EE, Java, design patterns
• Experience with BPM tools such as Savvion Business Manager or Appian Enterprise Suite
• Experience with coding in Java, J2EE, XML, HTML, JSP, JMS, JTA, RMI
• Object-oriented design and programming skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other BPM tools such as Handysoft, Lombardi, Metastorm etc.
• Previous consulting experience
• Experience with a major integration technologies

BPM Solutions Technical Lead:

CollabraLink is looking for Technical Leads with experience in Savvion Business Manager, Appian Enterprise Suite, JAVA, J2EE, WebLogic and integration technologies.

• Develop technical requirement documentation

• Manage a small or midsize team of highly talented people
• Work with onsite and offshore developers to ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in computer science, or other related disciplines
• 3 or more years of experience in Software Development using BPM Tools
• Experience in managing small or midsize technical teams

Must have Skills:

• Strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Must work well in a team environment. Good communication skills. Ability to work independently as a consultant and interact effectively with all levels of personnel from technical to high level executive management
• A minimum of three years of experience in a software development role
• A minimum of two years of experience in J2EE, Java, design patterns
• Experience with BPM tools such as Savvion Business Manager or Appian Enterprise Suite

• Object-oriented design and programming skills

Savvion Consulting Manager:

Manage delivery of key project deliverables (project plans, issues, scope documents, project documentation, work flows) by developing and managing day-to-day work plans and resources for companies with integrated IT environments.

Constructs models, workflow design, BPM tool configuration (development of models, forms, rules, scripts, and dashboards) and develops tools for integrations of dependent systems such as Oracle and Weblogic through use of Savvion toolsets. Will work on the design of multiple IT management technologies and distributed architecture functions including client-side, server-side, data integration layer and OOD. Implements plans using J2EE, Ant programming, Weblogic and Oracle 9i. Manages internal project staff resources to execute project plan and interface with clients.

Requires a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering (U.S. or foreign equivalent) and 5 years experience in the job offered or as Senior Software Engineer.
